There is no limit on the number of people in a package, but only one graduate student is allowed per package.

Studio shooting is the default option. Outdoor shoots are available for an additional RM 100 per package, subject to availability.

Courier fees are applicable for hard copies or photo frames that cannot be self-collected.

Selected soft copies will be sent via email.

The soft copies will be edited or retouched.

Additional poses can be added at RM 30 per pose for edited soft copies only.

Additional photo frames can be purchased. Sample frames are available for viewing. FRAME SAMPLE

Booking is required to secure a shooting slot.

Pets are allowed but must be taken care of by the owner.

Makeup and hairdo services are available at RM 180 per person.

Advance booking is necessary.

Participants are requested to arrive 1 hour earlier before their shooting slot.

Participants are advised to arrive 5-10 minutes earlier for self-preparation.

A makeup room is provided for self-touch-ups.

A fitting room is also available.

Remember to bring your convocation attire, certificate, and any accessories you wish to include in the photoshoot.

To avoid any delays, please arrive 15 minutes early for preparation:

Change into your convocation attire.

We provide a makeup room for self-touch-ups.

If you require our Hair & Makeup service, it is priced at RM180 per person (please book in advance).

The photoshoot session takes approximately 30 minutes to complete, followed by another 30 minutes for selecting the photos. Full payment is required before leaving our studio.

Please note that the photos and frames will not be ready on the spot.

Production Step:

Photos will be edited and touched up (around 30 working days).
-
We will send the edited photos to you via group chat or email for confirmation. After confirmation, it will take at least 7-10 working days to complete the process.

Once finalized, any changes will incur additional charges. Therefore, please carefully review all the details and ensure they meet your requirements before we proceed.

The products will be ready for collection

If needed, we can arrange for postage, with the following fees:

RM30 for West Malaysia.

RM50 for East Malaysia (applies to our standard packages priced at RM180/RM350).

Optional items purchased may have different postage fees based on weight. Please contact us to inquire about the postage fee if an extra charge is required.

1. Sistem pengesahan kehadiran ke MKK-18 akan dibuka mulai 18 September 2023 bermula jam 12.00pm dan ditutup pada 12 Oktober 2023.
2. Sesi konvokesyen mengikut program/fakulti boleh dilihat pada tab Graduation > Convocation Session Details.
3. Sila pastikan para graduan membuat semakan hutang tertunggak dengan universiti dan perlu dijelaskan sebelum/semasa membuat pengesahan kehadiran:
3.1 Kewangan Pelajar.
3.2 Kompaun & Denda.
3.3 Perpustakaan (Denda lewat pulang & kos
buku).
