What does delivery include?

These courier fees apply to the standard RM 180 / RM 350 packages. Extra physical items are quoted by weight before confirmation. Photos and frames are collected or sent after production is complete.

Good to know

A little preparation, a lovely session.

Arrive 15 minutes early. Allow about one hour for photography and photo selection. Full payment is due before leaving.

What should I bring?

Bring your convocation attire, certificate and any accessories you would like to be photographed with. A changing room and self-touch-up space are available. Please book any hair and makeup service in advance.

How does the session work?

Photography takes roughly 30 minutes, followed by another 30 minutes to choose your photos with our selection team. Photos and frames will not be ready on the spot.

When will my photos and frame be ready?

Editing and touch-up take 7–14 working days. We then send your photos through group chat or email for your approval. After approval, allow at least 7 working days for production. Please check every detail before approving; changes after final approval are chargeable.

Can you send my order to me?

Yes. Standard RM 180 / RM 350 package courier fees are RM 20 for West Malaysia and RM 50 for East Malaysia. Extra physical items are quoted by weight. We arrange studio collection or courier when your products are ready.

Can you help me book without using this form?

Yes. WhatsApp us your preferred studio date, time, package and number of family members. Our team will check availability and guide you through the RM 50 bank transfer and slip review. Sending a message or payment does not confirm a slot; wait for our team's confirmation.

Where is the photoshoot, and how should I plan my time?

Your session is at Famous Bridal, D634 Jalan Haji Junid, Taman Golden City, 25200 Kuantan, Pahang. This is a separate studio appointment. Check your university ceremony session first and allow enough time to travel to our studio. Arrive 15 minutes before your photography time; photography and photo selection take about one hour in total.

Are these the university's official graduation photographs?

No. Famous Bridal is an independent photography studio and is not affiliated with or appointed by UMPSA. These optional studio packages are separate from any photography arranged by the university. Visit the official portal for university photography arrangements and ceremony information.

Can my family join, and what is included?

Our listed convocation packages include one graduate with family. Compare the edited poses and framed-photo size in the package cards above. Bring your own convocation attire, certificate and accessories. Additional items are optional; hair and makeup requests require advance arrangement.
