Use this chat for package questions, appointment follow-up, and simple customer support. Famous Bridal stores your chat details so staff can reply and continue the conversation.
What We Collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email address, message text, source page, device session token, and staff replies. Session cookies contain only a random token.
Private Information
Package, payment, production, or booking details are not shown in chat unless passcode and staff approval controls allow it.
How We Use It
We use chat records to answer your enquiry, connect your message with your customer profile, and support follow-up by Famous Bridal staff.
Staff Review
Staff may review chat content inside the internal Famous Bridal OS. Internal staff notes are kept separate from customer-visible messages.
